These get read first. Include the page URL and the specific sentence you think is wrong — that alone saves a round trip. If you can point to a source, even better. We fix errors on the page rather than in a comment.

A link brought you to a missing page

Tell us the exact URL and where you found it. This domain was rebuilt and a lot of old addresses were retired on purpose, but some genuinely worth keeping may have been missed, and we'd rather know.

What we can't do

We can't tell you what's on your skin. We're not able to diagnose anything by email or from a photo, and it would be irresponsible to try — several conditions covered here look nearly identical and have very different treatments. Anything painful, spreading, or not improving after a few weeks needs a clinician who can look at it.
